20世纪以来,随着电子信息等高科技产业迅猛发展,电子技术不断升级,电子产品寿命周期越来越短,电子垃圾的产生量迅速增大。另一方面,国内电子废物的飞速增长和国外电子废物的大量涌入,成为中国环境安全重大隐患。电子垃圾成分复杂且其污染物众多,对电子垃圾的不恰当处理势必造成了严重的环境污染。本文就中国电子垃圾现状、相应的国内外管理对策进行了分析,并针对中国电子垃圾处理现状,从可持续性发展的环保战略高度,对如何改善电子废弃物管理现状、提高废弃物循环利用率、减少电子废弃物产生、降低电子废弃物的危害等进行建议性分析。  相似文献

Atmospheric CO2 concentration (Ca) is rising, predicted to cause global warming, and alter precipitation patterns. During 1994, spring barley (Hordeum vulgare L. cv. Alexis) was grown in a strip-split-plot experimental design to determine the effects that the main plot Ca treatments [A: Ambient at 370 μmol (CO2) mol−1; E: Enriched with free-air CO2 enrichment (FACE) at ∼550 μmol (CO2) mol−1] had on several gas exchange properties of fully expanded sunlit primary leaves. The interacting strip-split-plot irrigation treatments were Dry or Wet [50% (D) or 100% (W) replacement of potential evapotranspiration] at ample nitrogen (261 kg N ha−1) and phosphorous (29 kg P ha−1) fertility. Elevated Ca facilitated drought avoidance by reducing stomatal conductance (gs) by 34% that conserved water and enabled stomata to remain open for a longer period into a drought. This resulted in a 28% reduction in drought-induced midafternoon depression in net assimilation rate (A). Elevated Ca increased A by 37% under Dry and 23% under Wet. Any reduction in A under Wet conditions occurred because of nonstomatal limitations, whereas under Dry it occurred because of stomatal limitations. Elevated Ca increased the diurnal integral of A (A′) that resulted in an increase in the seasonal-long integral of A′ (A″) for barley leaves by 12% (P = 0.14) under both Dry and Wet - 650, 730, 905 and 1020 ± 65 g (C) m−2 y−1 for AD, ED, AW and EW treatments, respectively. Elevated Ca increased season-long average dry weight (DWS; crown, shoots) by 14% (P = 0.02), whereas deficit irrigation reduced DWS by 7% (P = 0.06), although these values may have been affected by a short but severe pea aphid [Acyrthosiphon pisum (Harris)] infestation. Hence, an elevated-Ca-based improvement in gas exchange properties enhanced growth of a barley crop.  相似文献

The demographic structure of a country influences economic activity. The “second dividend” modifies growth. Accordingly, in general equilibrium, the second dividend and the demographic structure are interrelated. This paper aims at assessing empirically the “second dividend” in a dynamic, empirical and intertemporal setting that allows for measuring its impact on growth, its intergenerational redistributive effects, and its interaction with the demographic structure. The paper uses a general equilibrium model with overlapping generations, an energy module and a public finance module that distinguishes between non-ageing-related public spending and a pension regime. Policy scenarios compare the consequences of different scenarios of recycling a carbon tax through lower proportional income taxes rather than higher public lump-sum expenditures. They are computed for two countries with different demographics (France and Germany). Results suggest that the magnitude of the “second dividend” is significantly related with the demographic structure. The more concentrated the demographic structure on cohorts with higher income and saving rate, the stronger the effect on capital supply of the second dividend. The second dividend weighs on the welfare of relatively aged working cohorts. It fosters the wellbeing of young working cohorts and of future generations. The more concentrated the demographic structure on aged working cohorts, the higher the intergenerational redistributive effects of the second dividend.  相似文献

针对养猪废水有机物、氨氮浓度高,水质波动范围大,水力冲击负荷强,常规工艺难以处理达标等水质特点,广东某规模化猪厂采用EOM(EGSB+生物接触氧化池+MBR)工艺进行处理,调试运行结果表明:该组合工艺处理效果良好,COD、BOD、氨氮和SS去除率分别达到95.98%、91.61%、90.78%和92.02%,出水水质优于广东省地方标准DB 44/613—2009《禽畜养殖业污染物排放标准》。  相似文献

Mercury and its organic compounds have been of severe concern worldwide due to their damage to the ecosystem and human health. The development of effective and affordable technology to monitor and signal the presence of bioavailable mercury is an urgent need. The Mer gene is a mercury-responsive resistant gene, and a mercury-sensing recombinant luminescent bacterium using the Mer gene was constructed in this study. The mer operon from marine Pseudomonas putida strain SP1 was amplified and fused with prompterless luxCDABE in the pUCD615 plasmid within Escherichia coli cells, resulting in pTHE30–E. coli. The recombinant strain showed high sensitivity and specificity. The detection limit of Hg2 + was 5 nmol/L, and distinct luminescence could be detected in 30 min. Cd2 +, Cu2 +, Zn2 +, Ca2 +, Pb2 +, Mg2 +, Mn2 +, and Al3 + did not interfere with the detection over a range of 10− 5–1 mM. Application of recombinant luminescent bacteria testing in environmental samples has been a controversial issue: especially for metal-sensing recombinant strains, false negatives caused by high cytotoxicity are one of the most important issues when applying recombinant luminescent bacteria in biomonitoring of heavy metals. In this study, by establishing an internal standard approach, the false negative problem was overcome; furthermore, the method can also help to estimate the suspected mercury concentration, which ensures high detection sensitivity of bioavailable Hg2 +.  相似文献

应用短程硝化 反硝化工艺在维生素E废水生物脱氮处理中的实验研究。结果表明 ,当溶解氧浓度为 0 85mg L时的亚硝化率 (NO-2 N NO-x N)为 18 9% ,远远 >溶解氧 2 6 5mg L时的 1 13% ;通过对回流污泥 12h的缺氧选择处理 ,出水中的NO-2 由原来的 2 5mg L上升到 2 5 6mg L ,相应的污泥中亚硝化细菌与硝化细菌的数量比值由 0 4 5提高到 2 4 4 ;在进水中投加 5~ 10mg L的ClO-3能够使污泥中硝酸细菌的活性受到明显抑制 ,但污泥中硝酸细菌的数量却增加了。在停止向进水中投加氯酸根离子后硝酸细菌活性可以缓慢恢复 ,15d后系统的亚硝化率稳定在 5 5 %~ 5 8%。  相似文献

以250W照明金属卤化物灯为光源,研究了水中雌酮(E1)在UV-Vis/Fe(Ⅲ)/H2O2体系中的光降解;考查了初始pH、Fe(Ⅲ)、H2O2、E1初始浓度对E1光降解的影响。结果表明,UV-Vis/Fe(Ⅲ)/H2O2体系能有效地光降解E1,在[Fe(Ⅲ)30-20.8μmol/L、[H2O2]0=1664μmol/L、pH=3.0时,光照160min,18.5btmol/L E1的光降解率可达98.4%;在pH3.0~8.0范围内,pH初始值越小,E1降解率越大,反应初始速率越大;实验条件下,Fe(Ⅲ)、H2O2初始浓度越大,E1降解率越大,反应初始速率越大;E1初始浓度越低,E1降解率越大,反应初始速率越小。pH=3.0,实验浓度范围内的表观动力学方程为:dCE1/dt=0.00093[H2O2]^0.47[Fe(Ⅲ)]^0.62[E1]0.24;Fe(Ⅲ)是影响反应速率的主要浓度因素。  相似文献

Autoignition is regarded as the spontaneous combustion of a fuel without an apparent ignition source. With respect to fires and explosions in the process industries, the autoignition hazard is one that requires management and consideration. Despite the importance of understanding the autoignition hazard, the literature on the topic is often disappointingly sparse and inconsistent. Experimental methods don't adequately represent real-world conditions and are complicated by experimental error, invoking the need for a reconsideration of autoignition as it pertains to process safety. This work utilized the ASTM E659 method to study potential experimental error for the purpose of improving the process safety community's understanding of autoignition phenomena. Of interest to this study were effects of humidity and suspected occurrences of cool flames, two sources of error which have not been fully explained in the literature. For the fuels tested, results show that humidity has only a slight effect on overall autoignition behavior. However, this study's examination of cool flames suggests that they could be a common occurrence in this testing method. Analysis of these experiments show that cool flames can feature significant exothermic effects and are thus of concern from a perspective of risk management. In addition, this work proposes a novel criterion for a more conservative assessment of autoignition experiments, which results in less subjectivity of analysis.  相似文献

对浙江某电子垃圾回收地水体、沉积物、土壤以及大气中得克隆(DP)的污染水平及分布特征进行了调查。结果表明,水、沉积物、土壤和大气样品中均检测出了 DP,分别为0.843~1.56 ng/L,0.185~7.03 ng/g干重,0.115~26.4 ng/g干重和11.2 pg/m3;该区域 DP分布特征表明电子垃圾的拆解和焚烧是环境中 DP的重要来源。  相似文献
